That reading doesn't include windchill. Add (or subtract technically) another 5 degrees or so.
It is -25 with windchill at the moment
Arrrg! And I thought it was a tad cold here. Jelle is at -7 C which I cringed at, but you certainly win on the brass monkeys stakes.
